Anderson's Mechanical Services LLC in Forest Lake, Minnesota, repairs clothes dryers, clothes washers, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, ovens, and ranges. We do repair all Kenmore, Maytag, Ect. We do not repair microwaves, blenders, grinders, barbecue grills or hood vents. Also, we do not repair these brand of appliances such as Bosch®, Asko®, Sub Zero, Miele, Fisher Paykel, Viking, Braun and Samsung®.
Front Load Wash Machine Helpful Tips:
We never recommend leaving door closed when not in use. Leave door open, empty remaining water from soap dispenser drawer on final load or leave drawer open. This will help reduce odors and mold build up. Affresh (Local stores Target Ect.) is a good product to use at least once a month on front load wash machines to help reduce odor. Odors do not dissolve completely, but will get better over time when maintained.
We do not repair these appliance Brands:
Bosch®, Asko®, Sub Zero, Fisher Paykel, Viking, Braun, Ariston, Samsung, Air Free,Coke Cola Compact Refigerators, Dacor, Avanti, Artic King, or Mielie.
Current Rates: call for details per appliance (Excludes built in wall ovens-wall oven start @ $149.95 ) includes our visit up to two appointments within 30 days, diagnosis, and up to 1 hour labor. . This rate excludes dishwashers. We add a half hour or more to un-installs and re-installs dishwasher.
All Gas Logs Fireplace Repairs call for details up to first hour of repair. This cannot be combined with other offers.
If you are located outside of the metro area or more than 25 miles from 55304 Zip Code the service call is $149.95 which includes up to 2 travel fees within a 30 day period, diagnosis, and up to 1 hour labor. . This rate excludes dishwashers. We add a half hour or more to un-installs and re-installs dishwasher.
Most repairs do not take longer than an hour. If your repair will take longer than 1 hour, we will let you know immediately upon diagnosing. We will order parts if needed. Should a second appointment be necessary, we only invoice you for the cost of the part or parts the day of install. We do not charge a second trip fee if within 30 days of initial appointment date. Must be for same appliance and initial complaint.
Cancellations must be made at least 24-hours before your appointment time. No exceptions. You will be billed for 1/2 of our service call if you do not cancel within 24-hours.
We only warranty Labor on part installs for 30 days from initial appointment (same existing problem). For the part you receive the manufacture warranty (which differs depending on part). Manufacturer warranted appliances for repair, require prior approval to work on appliance. You must call to obtain an authorization number. We charge you upfront for the trip charge, diagnosis, labor, and parts. The manufacturer then reimburses you. You also have the option of having them supply the part.
